Follow the blue dots to find it, then press the action button to ride it to the top of a mast. It will break when you place it down, so rebuild it to create a large green object.

Gibbs and use his hammer ability to fix the glowing gears and create a Barrel Switch. Now switch to Jack and use his compass ability and select the barrel, then follow the blue dots until you find it.

Press the character button to hop onto the barrel, then roll it onto the Barrel Switch and keep rolling until a lifeboat pops up from the side of the ship. Take the box from the lifeboat and bring it to the other green pad, then reassemble it once it breaks.

Push on the green handle it creates until the device you created earlier lowers into a platform. Switch to Elizabeth and jump up to the platform with your super jump. Jump up to a green bar, then to a rope. Once you hit a parrot you should see:.
